Venus in 9th house gives inclination of romantic ideas towards close relations of self or spouse at the level of brother-in-law or sister-in-law, and whether this romantic approach dies a natural death or is developed depends upon the stars of the person towards whom the romantic approach took origin.
If there is no response but tolerance, the attitude might persist for some time (that is a few months or even years depending upon the proximity between the two). These individuals always try to prove helpful to brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles and aunts of self or of spouse, and try, to render physical, moral and financial assistance, to the extent ssible. This attitude outwardly has no s been described in the opening para.
In so far as elections and public service are concerned, they are generally helpful to the extent possible for them, but they avoid going out of the way to prove helpful.
