Chinmaya Mudra Pranayama :
(Relax yourself in 2 minutes with CHINMAYA MUDRA) awareness," is one of the powerful mudras that promote physical and mental health. Chinmaya is a Sanskirt word which means "supreme awareness," "full of knowledge" or "pure wisdom"; and mudra means "gesture" or "seal." Mudras can be practiced for up to 45 minutes. It is highly recommended to practice a mudra for at least 15 minutes a day.
Step By Step :
. Sit in sukhasana (cross legged position) on a flat surface. . Keep your spine erect and close your eyes. . Touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the index finger in both hands. . Fold the rest of the three fingers inward to touch the palm in both hands. . Breathe deeply for next 2 minutes slowly and relax with each exhalation.
